a. Clients may request a change to their originally paid service if the service delivery has not commenced.
b. Requests for service changes must be made by contacting our customer service team via email or through our online platform.
c. Service changes are subject to availability and must be of equal or lesser value than the originally paid service.
a. Once the service delivery has commenced, payments made for services are non-refundable.
b. If a client requests a service change before the delivery has begun, the payment for the original service may be applied towards the new service.
c. Refunds for service changes, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days.
If the client encounters significant issues or is dissatisfied with the service during or after the delivery, we encourage them to contact our customer service team. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if appropriate, provide a resolution that may include rescheduling, additional support, or credit towards future services.
