We have extensive experience in supporting enterprises, vulnerable communities
with healthcare, and first-mile workers with their wellbeing.
Livelihood
We work with vulnerable people who operate as small producers (farms, forests, allied industries, fisheries, and MSMEs) to enhance their livelihoods. Our overall objective is to promote wealthy, resilient, and responsible small producers on a national scale through inclusive entrepreneurship. Our approach to building wealth for small producers focuses on having effective market engagement and co-creating business solutions that benefit both businesses and small producers.
Health
We have 25 years of experience as a global social impact consulting firm and use a 360-degree approach that improves the well-being of vulnerable communities. Along with our sister organisation, Swasti, a global south public health agency, we partner with communities at the last mile to help them realise their potential through health and well-being. We work to achieve Universal Health Care and Global Health Security.
Climate Change
The Climate Practice at the Catalyst Group believes in a vision to build ‘a thriving world powered by resilient communities and carbon-neutral systems.’ Given the imperative to address systemic gaps in climate ecosystems and promote people-centric models at scale, the Catalyst Group intends to build on our expertise and relationships with vulnerable groups to strengthen climate action.
ESG
In a world where the impacts of our actions resonate far beyond immediate boundaries, the need for comprehensive sustainability practices becomes crucial. We understand that it’s no longer sufficient for organisations to focus solely on direct controls within their operations. True sustainability requires a holistic approach, extending responsible business practices throughout the entire value chain. This can be achieved by implementing changes in policy and practice that focus on people, the planet, and sustainable outcomes.
