Our Services
The design of social development interventions is a significant factor in their effectiveness, impact and sustainability. We specialise in designing:
- Programmes and projects
- Models
- Social enterprises and social business
- Schemes (Government)
- Organisations
- Institutions and networks
We use established design and planning frameworks, like Results Based Management (RBM), and also have our own proprietary frameworks. Our work usually produces one or many of:
- Theory of change
- Log frame
- Results assessment framework
- Strategic plan
- Business model
- Business plan
- Action plan
- Road map
- Costed plan
Redesigning, recasting, reforming midway or during periods of crises or changes in context is also part of our design work. So is partnership building, assembling solutions, action frameworks, and action research — all with a focus on results. We lead teams and have also been part of larger design teams. We are familiar with and use human-centred design and participatory planning concepts.
