CMS is working towards the quality management systems certification under ISO 9001: 2000 for its QMS. CMS and its group organizations have been working with many clients and have also been registered/ empanelled as their long-term consultants:
• Registered vendors of World Bank
• Registered service providers with DFID (have been working with them since 1996, with various divisions)
• Vendors for UN system (UNICEF, UNDP, UNIFEM, UNAIDS)
• One of the Directors, Mr. Shiv Kumar – was in the Governance Panel of Consultants for DFID, India
• Long-term consultants for many organizations like for Plan International, Action Village India, Action Aid, Oxfam India Trust, Oxfam America, Oxfam International, Foster Parents Plan International, Aide et Action, Karl Kuber Stiftung, Kindernothilfe, Interco-operation and HIVOS.
• One of the assignments of the Catalyst Group related to understanding the dynamics of the traditional milk market, and facilitating actions for strengthening the sector (testing an Action Research Methodology) won the ICAR National award for significant contribution to the “social research” in 2008
• Institutional member in Community of Evaluators of South Asia, focusing on improving the theory and practice in evaluations, supported by the IDRC
