With a background of Physics, Chemistry and Maths (B.Sc.) followed by Enterprise Management (IIT Delhi) and PDDFM from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Ravi has worked in the social development field since last 11 years. An expert in the areas of Monitoring & Evaluation, Research, and OD, Ravi has gained experience in diverse sectors including livelihoods and natural resource management, HIV/AIDS, Disaster management and Humanitarian Response, and Urban Governance.
Ravi likes to contribute and gain knowledge through being part of networks, e-groups, workshops and forums. He is a founder member of an India centric network called Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Action Network (MELAN) and is anchoring a practice track of Community of Evaluators (COE) in South Asia, an IDRC promoted initiative to advance theory and practice of evaluations.
