• We are experienced in a variety of development approaches. These include rights-based, service-delivery oriented, self-Help based, advocacy-based approaches.
• We provide integrated models and support services. We have provided management support services across domains. We have engaged, directly and through the group resource centres, for implementation of initiatives. The expertise we have gained across domains has given us a unique position to provide cross-domain support – for instance in HIV and livelihoods, disaster and livelihoods, disaster and HIV.
We are well poised to provide a range of support services to a single project across its life-cycle– pre funding appraisals, planning, development of monitoring systems, documentation and communication, HR and OD, mid-line and end or the project reviews and evaluations, formative and other thematic research studies

- Expert mode: Individuals with expertise in the service area provide support in consulting or technical support
- Process mode: Work as a team in collaboration with the partner for assignments involving change facilitation, process consultancy, planning, etc. The capacity of the partner's team is built
- Outsourced mode: Take up direct implementation of the assignment with our own team, either as Build-Operate or Build-Operate-Transfer
