Our strengths and capabilities

MONITORING, REVIEW AND EVALUATION:
Our strengths and capabilities
- Expertise in ‘Result Based Project Management Tools like Log frame’, where indicator-based monitoring and assessment is possible. CMS is a reputed trainer and facilitator for log frame training and development of project designs based on these tools. - Indicator-based assessment of baseline situation, developing hypothesis, conducting periodical surveys and establishing waves/trends on impact and effectiveness of interventions - Ability to develop methodologies for comparisons with ‘Control Villages/ Groups’ to establish ‘Levels of Attributability’ of benefits created to specific development projects, using experimental and quasi-experimental designs, COHORT studies - ‘Output (results) to Purpose (effects/ outcome/ impact) Studies’ for various development projects.
